Fiesta Salad

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 bunch green spring onions, chopped
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red bell pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
lime juice (about two or three limes)
chopped cilantro (handful)!


Option:  Add a little bit of watercress if desired for a little more healthy eating!  


This sounds delicious and Linda noted it goes great with anything grilled! I can't wait to try it!
